Curren$y & Young Roddy's "Bales" review

NAWLINS IN DA BUILDING!!! What can I say other than what do you expect from anything that has to do with Jetlife. They set the standards on what a good mixtape should sound like and what you have to do to be the best. They stay relevant because they don't go more than a month without releasing something you can blaze a spliff and vibe to as you lift. Track 7- "Mo Money" ft Juvenile, is one that makes this the shit.

I always say that when it comes to Spitta I am somewhat biased because he is my favorite rapper. He holds that position because of how he goes about his business. Not only is he extremely talented and dedicated, he shows alot of character because the mainstream media chooses to simply ignore his greatness, but he doesn't care because he know he is the shit and his fans take care of him. Yeah you might see one of his videos on MTV Jams occasionally but he doesn't receive a fraction of the attention that he deserve.

As for Young Roddy, of course I enjoy listening to him. I would like to see him start to do his own thing and stop being Spitta's Sidekick. Make no doubt about it they do make a great duo, but Roddy's name is big enough now to where he doesn't always have to rely on Spitta all the time. At the same time if it ain't broke don't fix it so just keep doing ya thang.

You can download this mixtape at the link below. Also I do provide this as a free service but we all need a lil money to live so please donate $1 if you have it to give. Thank you for visiting Great Frank's Place.
