King Snxxp's "YBN" review

Come in and enjoy the raw Texas sound of King Snxxp. I downloaded this about a week ago and I still don't know how to properly pronounce his rap name, but after listening to this for a whiles it eventually captured my attention. He comes in with a unique rap style and if your a fan of A.S.A.P. Ferg and Skippa Da Flippa then you will be sure to enjoy Track 10- "lil boi" prod. BeatsByJones.

Like I said, it took a good minuet for me to fully enjoy this mixtape. I finally figured it out, and the reason is the first few tracks don't gel well with his style. What I mean is the beatS are too slow and the lyrics don't sound authentic. All my friends agreed with me, but I didn't give up and kept listening. The more I played the better it sounded and you will hear on Track 08- "Big Chip$" ft. Hurricane Charles.

On Track 01- "YBN" he kicks it off chanting "Fuck the police" and if this was a year ago I would have not agreed with him. Now times are different and people are fed up being treating like slaves in a society that does everything to keep you depressed and poor. Although I don't agree with how the people of Baltimore are handling the Freddie Gray situation, I would be lying if I said seeing them throwing rocks at the riot police didn't put a smile on my face. It feels good to see people stand up for themselves. Thank you for visiting Great Frank's Place.
